Do I need to be present during the inspection?

No. We just need property access arranged — key lockbox, access to the premises, or coordination with the outgoing tenant. We'll handle the rest.

What if you find a serious fault?

We'll call you immediately. For safety-critical faults (e.g. failed RCD, exposed wiring), we'll advise on whether the property can be occupied before repairs are made.

Can I pass the cost on to the landlord?

Yes — most agencies include this as part of routine changeover costs charged to the landlord. We can issue the invoice in the landlord's name if required.

How quickly can you schedule an inspection?
